My chances of winning the contest were one in a million, so that’s how many entries I filled out. Or at least it seemed like it. Yet from the time that first coveted Chromebook showed up on my back door step, I was hooked. My quest to make technology easy – and work well – had begun.

Growing up in rural Colorado, I saw my folks struggle in their business to keep up with the latest technology – websites, internet connections, security, laptops – everything was changing fast and soon after learning how something worked, it was time to replace or upgrade it. What came naturally to me, sometimes frustrated them. (Yeah, I made some mistakes along the way. But I learned from them.) What had been a hobby grew to become my passion as I went on to obtain multiple degrees in Computer Engineering and Cybersecurity.

Although life has taken me coast to coast working for several major aerospace firms, when I moved to the Space Coast in 2018, I saw a lot of the same technology problems, on both a business and personal level, as I had faced when helping my parents and their friends.

Through Sapphire Point Solutions, my personal goal is to solve all the technology frustrations you face and provide real solutions, not just another patch. Best of all, I’ll make it simple!
