I’ve known Christopher since he was a 5th grader and I was his principal in grade school. He has developed into a fine young man.

Christopher of Sapphire Point Solutions has worked for us on several projects.
Our company is located in a rural area and in such places, the internet service is often spotty with frequent outages. This wreaks havoc with our credit card processing and during busy times, it can be disastrous as people don’t like to wait. Last year during our busiest season, we were having outages often enough that our ability to process transactions in an expedient manner was severely limited.
We consulted with Christopher and he was quickly able to come up with a solution for us- a redundant failover network that ran off of our cell service. Installation was completed in a morning and we were up and running. We’ve never had a problem or issue with this service – in fact it worked so well that we had him return and upgrade the work so that this network became
our primary one with the landline internet falling to secondary back up. They have worked flawlessly and we couldn’t be more pleased. More importantly, the customers never have to wait
at the registers and the cashiers aren’t frustrated by technical problems.
We also worked with him more recently on another project. Our building had a sound system that was at least 35 years old and no longer worked well. Some of the speakers had failed and
others simply weren’t as powerful or uniform in volume as we wanted them to be in our retail environment.
Christopher did a site visit, walked the property with us, took careful notes and came back to us with a design and proposal quickly. It included tearing out the old system completely, installing a new amplifier and twelve new speakers that now provide uniform, quality sound over a 22,000 square foot area. We especially liked the way he was able to break the spaces down into zones, so, for instance, if we have a class or performance going on in one area, we are able to turn the speakers in that area off while maintaining the sound throughout the rest of our property.
In addition, we have used him to replace old computer systems, help with upgrades to our POS system, help install new laser and thermal tag printers, and more. He has always been quick to
respond whenever we have had an issue or needed help and to date we have never found a problem he wasn’t able to solve. His work is exceptional, his prices are reasonable, and the work is always done cheerfully and with a smile. I would highly recommend him to any business or homeowner for their computer and IT needs.
